SPRING PR signed a memorandum with the European M3 Communications Group, Inc, aiming to enable Armenian businesses to present themselves in a new reality in attractive and promising foreign markets with strategic and effective communications.
 
Referring to the collaboration the co-founder of SPRING PR Company, head of communications and international relations Tatevik Simonyan mentioned:
 
“Our cooperation with Maxim Behar has started back in 2016, when we invited him to Yerevan to the “Business, Communication & Digital World: Armenia 2016” conference organized by SPRING PR and Armenian PR Association (APRA).  Later in 2017, we had the opportunity to work together again, this time in the scope of the "Communications for Future Davos (C4F Davos) 2017" award ceremony being held in Geneva, Switzerland, this time he invited me to be on the judging panel as an esteemed judge. In June 2020, SPRING PR signed two other memorandums of collaboration with its international partners Stratcomm Africa and the Georgian PR Consulting Group.
