“The Bank was established as a joint stock company under the name Midland Armenia Bank J.S.C. License N67 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.

In 1996 the Bank was renamed “HSBC Bank Armenia” CJSC in 1999. In December 2024 the Bank became a wholly owned subsidiary of Ardshinbank and was renamed to “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC.

Currently the Bank provides a full range of banking services to retail and corporate customers. In its operations the Bank puts strong emphasis on sustainability and corporate social responsibility striving to be secure, reliable counterpart for its customers and the community it operates in.

The Bank has 6 branches in Yerevan and around 300 employees serving around 30,000 customers through three Business lines: Retail Banking, Corporate Banking and Markets and Securities Services.
