Yerevan/Mediamax/. The Armenian government made a decision to stop the process of granting certificates in the sphere of public catering.

Minister of Economy Tigran Davtyan stated that 4 government structures are engaged in granting certificates, Mediamax reports.

“400-500 certificates are granted on a yearly basis which create extra corruption risks and expenditures for the business environment”, he said.
 
Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan noted that the decision will substantially improve the situation and allow eliminating the red tape and corruption risks.
