Yerevan/Mediamax/. The government of Armenia continues talks with Russian “Gasprom” company on natural gas prices for Armenia.

Addressing a press conference in Yerevan today, Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisian said that negotiations will be over at the end of February and the Armenian side will announce the results then.

“Negotiations are held in a friendly atmosphere, in an atmosphere of mutual understanding. We are trying not to allow prices rise,” Armen Movsisian said.

Beginning 1 April 2010, the price of Russian natural gas for Armenia makes $180 for 1000 cubic meters.
