Mediamax reports that Stepan Gishyan announced it, speaking at "Management Mix – Talent Management. The best practice" first National conference. He said that today 815 employees work in the bank, 115 from which were hired in 2009, and by the end of 2009 the leadership of the bank plans to employ other 35 people. Stepan Gishyan said that bank management is implemented via "Management Mix" system, which allows coordinating all the 36 branches throughout the Republic. He said that the following principles underlie the management: - employment process /basically graduates of institutes of higher education /;- constant trainings at all levels;- estimation system and rewards for the employees;- career management;- prolonged prospect to work in the bank. Stepan Gishyan informed that the bank is mainly aimed at entering top 1000 of banks worldwide in 2013.
