HayPost informs that a “bulk items collection fee” is planned to be applied from March 1.  In case of handing to the post office more than 10 items not ordered in advance in one day 200 AMD per item will be charged starting from the 10th item.

HayPost also reports that new Envelope system has been introduced within the framework of the service quality improvement strategy, by using which the mentioned fees of 200 AMD will not be charged.

Thanks to this service, it is possible to accelerate the bulk mail delivery process, thus reducing the waiting-lines at post offices. Envelope systems permits the clients to insert by themselves, modify and print directly on the envelopes all the necessary information, and to hand the bunch of letters within a few minutes to the Post employee.

This system allows organizing the digital transfer of the item’s data to the Post. Envelope will also make it possible to follow the items status and balance in real time, save the report on the items, automate the envelope development, saving resources.   

The use of Envelope system will help to:
