Yerevan /Mediamax/. Brandy production in Armenia in January-February of 2008 made 2118.9 thousand liters, having increased for 44.5%, as compared to the same period of 2007.

As Mediamax was told in the National Statistical Service of Armenia, the production of vodka and distillery products made in January-February 1517.1 thousand liters, having decreased for 15.5%, as compared to the same period of 2007.

The volume of wine production made 387.6 thousand liters in January-February, having decreased for 29.7%, as compared to the same period of 2007. The beer production during the accounting period increased for 0.1% and made 682.8 thousand liters, and the champagne wine - 11.2 thousand liters, having decreased for 77%.
