A new surprise awaits Telcell Wallet application users with the purpose of initiating the Single Ticketing System jointly introduced by Yerevan City Hall and Telcell.

After the first acquiring the transport ticket through Telcell Wallet and buying the first ticket through the non-cash payment system, Telcell will gift 10 free transport tickets as an incentive.

The gift tickets will be accessible in the “Transport” section of the Telcell Wallet. The tickets will be valid for 30 days, in accordance with the standard validity period of tickets.

“The promotion is carried out with the goal of ensuring a smooth transition from cash to non-cash acquisition of tickets through Telcell Wallet, with the vision of developing the single ticketing system through a simple and appealing campaign,” the news release reads.

The promotion will be available from October 22 to November 30.

How to get 10 free tickets?

1․ Enter the Telcell Wallet app
2․ Click on “Transport” in the “Services” section
3․ Click on “Buy Ticket”, select transportation “Trolleybus”, “Bus and Metro”, or “Airport”, then the quantity of tickets, payment method and click “Continue”.
4․ Click “Pay”
5․ After payment confirmation the user will receive a notification about the gift tickets, which will appear in the “Tickets” section. After completing the buying of the first transport ticket in the app, the user will automatically receive 10 free transportation tickets (bus/metro). The gift is one-time for each user.

The campaign is open to Telcell Wallet app users who have passed full identification, who have attached their passport, their bank card or who have an opened Telcell Wallet bank account. In case of problems with identification, users can call 8830 or send a private message. In case of buying a ticket for the airport a bus or metro ticket is gifted (not airport). Gifts are not presented in case of buying tickets from the terminal, only when the first ticket has been bought through Telcell Wallet (regardless of the quantity of tickets).
