“Build Armenia” foundation has been established in the framework of the “Build Armenia” project created by famous Armenian businessmen, who have a significant role in the global business environment.

The founders of the newly established organization are famous Swiss-Armenian businessmen, the owner of “Frank Muller” trademark Vartan Sirmakes and the founding director of “Yeranav” company Sevak Artsruni.


The head of Board of Trustees of the Foundation is Vartan Sirmakes, the members of the Board are Sevak Artsruni and lawyer Hayk Hovhannisyan.

The goal of the fund is to define conceptual directions of business repatriation, develop short-term/long-term strategy, and pursue its implementation through the realization of relevant programs and projects.

The mission of “Build Armenia” is to provide with necessary information to Armenians who took the path to the homeland, to involve them in business projects implemented in Armenia with the support of the foundation, provide with appropriate consultation in the legal, social, economic, health, educational, cultural and other spheres.

The foundation’s information platform is now under construction. Soon it will be available in Armenian and English versions.


“Build Armenia” project aims to provide a stream of investments that will promote the repatriation to Armenia and to create a socio-economic environment that will be capable of receiving the self-flowing wave of repatriation based on the relevant infrastructures.
