A group of investors has been set up to announce the launch of the “Build Armenia” project at the initiative of well-known Armenian businessmen.

The purpose of the project is to provide a stream of investments that will promote the repatriation to Armenia and to create a socio-economic environment that will be capable of receiving the self-flowing wave of repatriation based on the relevant infrastructures.

The call of the group of investors, presented below, marks the launch of the project.

“Taking into account that:

•    aggressive tendencies of globalization and vast immigration from neighboring territories and particularly from traditional Armenian communities of the Middle Eastern countries make the concentration of the Armenian potential a priority,

•    the Republic of Armenia (RA), as the motherland of all Armenians, bears a serious responsibility for the preservation of national identity of each Armenian individual and development of his/her prosperity and security,

•    continuous assimilation in the Armenian diaspora threatens the national identity,

•    the Armenian nation having a demographic, short term and non-systematic vision for the future continues to live and create in different parts of the world not using all its potential jointly,

•    from the very first day of declaration of independence, RA has been blockaded by Turkish-Azeri tandem experiencing the impact of the hostile and aggressive rhetoric of these countries,

•    since 1991 brain drain from Armenia has continued challenging the country’s national security,

•    Diaspora Armenians have accumulated unregulated economic resources, that do not serve to the implementation of large-scale united projects,

•    nowadays RA is developing a relevant environment for receiving and coordinating self-flowing wave of repatriation,

•    Diaspora has a vision of making Armenia a center of pan-Armenian projects,

and concluding that:

•    an Armenian individual from diaspora should implement his/her repatriation through participating in the reconstruction of his/her country and taking a full responsibility for it, also provide prosperous, safe and happy life to him/her and his/her family,

•    RA has to create social and economic systemized environment to attract Armenian capital from all over the world,

•    Infrastructures in RA should help to organize self-flowing repatriation; moreover, any administration may only support the repatriation of demographic, economic and progressive  potentials of Diaspora,

we declare that:

We, the undersigned, by launching “Build Armenia” project, come forward with a financial and geographical dimensional initiative, which will provide an unprecedented  flow of investments to Armenia promoting repatriation.

Meanwhile, we call Armenian business circles worldwide to take part in the implementation of this project so to directly take part in the implementation of “Build Armenia” project.

The first meeting of the business partners will take place in the first quarter of 2019, in France.
