Gazprombank has announced completion of the deal on joint enterprise with MegaFon, Rostec and USM Holdings.

The bank’s press service has revealed that the new company JSC MF Technologies (MFT) will deal with digital services and digital economy projects.

The bank is ready to find mutually beneficial ways of cooperation to make financial products and provide business solutions that would suit all shareholders.

“Foundation of a joint enterprise will enable the partners to realize complex cross-sector innovation projects with maximum efficiency and introduce solutions based on blockchain and internet of things. The partners will focus on developing solutions for digital financial platforms with extensive use of the competence and financial capacities of Gazprombank,” said MegaFon.


MegaFon CEO Sergey Soldatenkov has noted that “by founding this joint venture, we get access to capital and crate a platform for realizing innovative fintech solutions”.

“Rostec is the key part of the state program Digital Economy, which is why the partnership within MFT will allow us using our experience in development and introduction of digital technologies,” said Rostec press service.
