Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan said that the expert assistance rendered by the U.S. greatly helped realize fundamental reforms in the field of civil aviation.

The PM stated it at the meeting with the Ambassador of U.S. to Armenia John Heffern and Mission Director at U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Dr. Karen Hilliard on July 30.

The PM said that visble changes are already observed in the field of civilian aviation.

John Heffern stated the imposrtance of carrying out new initiatives to expand Armenian-U.S. cooperation. Karen Hilliard presented the course of projects implemented in the sphere of territorial administration, healthcare, labor and social issues, and tourism.
