Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan said today that Armenia will join Eurasian Economic Union till June 15. He said this at the extended session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in Astana where Presidents of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan signed the Agreement on Eurasian Economic Union. Addressing a speech, the Armenian President noted that “the coordinated work with relevant specialized departments of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russian enabled us to draft Armenia’s agreement on joining the Agreement on Eurasian Economic Union”. “Taking into account the fact that we have only 2-3 items on the agreement to work out on which mutually acceptable decisions have been already made, I would ask you to confirm the date of Armenia’s signing of Agreement on joining the Eurasian Economic Union till June 15, 2014”, said Serzh Sargsyan.
