PAP, ANC, Dashnaktsutyun and Heritage factions of Armenian National Assembly demand to “stop illegal interpretations of 2 April 2014 Constitutional Court decision”.

“We demand to make quick changes in sublegislative documents to rule out limitation of right of property of citizens born after January 1, 1974 as well as guarantee the complete returning of the withdrawn accumulated mandatory payments of employees after made after January 1. We demand from the authorities to make clarifying statements allowing employers to make relevant changes in the submitted reports”, the statement disseminated by the 4 factions reads.

The political forces call upon empoyers not to withdraw mandatory accumulated payments from employees’ salaries without their consent and not to make the transfer.

“We reconfirm our commitment to continue presenting proposals aimed at ensuring worthy living conditions of our generations and we will embark on a legislative initiative within upcoming days to terminate the validity of the mandatory component of the law and recover citizens’ and empoyers’ violated rights”, the statement notes.
