Yerevan /Mediamax/.  The Constitutional Court of Armenia recognized a number of provisions on Accumulative Pension Law anti-constitutional and invalid.

The decision was announced by the Chairman of Constitutional Court Gagik Harutyunyan at today’s session, Mediamax reports.

The requirements of the decision infer that the mentioned law should be revised and brought in line with Constitution till September 30.

According to the decision, the mandatory payments made so far should be re-calculated till September.
