UWC Dilijan College made a New Year surprise to children of Dilijan.

Over December 21-22, three performances were presented daily to children within 4-13 years at Dilijan State Musical College. Hovhannes Tumanyan State Puppet Theater and Mimi studio actors played in the performances. Three more performances will be held on December 23.

On December 21 and 22, children watched “Madagascar” performance with the participation of animals, and on December 23, “The lion cub in the childhood planet” will be performed.

Overall, invitations were sent to around 1800 children residing in Dilijan.

“We previously organized similar events in Tatev, but it was our first attempt in Dilijan. I believe we managed to make a fest for children”, Executive Director of IDeA Foundation Artak Melkonyan said.

UWC Dilijan College will first open its doors in September, 2014.
