A group of experts of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) and World Bank (WB) held a meeting dedicated to the prospects of joint activities in Armenia.The experts discussed issues of cooperation of the two international banks in Armenia on the threshold of the Donors' Consulting Group of Armenia due in autumn, EDB press service reported. The participants of the meeting exchanged opinions on a broad scope of cooperation areas both in co-investment in agriculture, infrastructures and energy and analytical activities, the sphere of studying trends in the Armenian economy.Options of cooperation in such areas as municipal economy, energy effectiveness and renewable energy resources were paid special attention to. As of the results of the meeting, an agreement to continue consultations during the WB spring meeting due in April and also through joint visits to Armenia for preparing and implementing a number of joint investment projects.
