In 2009-2013, the Office of Financial Ombudsman of Armenia settled 68.4% complaints in favor of customers.Financial ombudsman Piruz Sargsyan said this today summing up the results of the past 4 years.The number of complaints against financial institutions over the operation of the Office made 3221, the sum of compensations made over AMD 228bln.Piruz Sargsyan added that the 1311 complaints were filed to the Office and 284 of them - against insurance companies and 96- against banks.She noted that 70% of complaints against insurance companies are linked to CTP.
