yerevan/Mediamax/. The 8th seminar of the Trade Finance Academy organized with the support of HSBC Bank Armenia, Ministry of Economy of Armenia and Armenian Development Agency was held in Yerevan today.

\"Our primary goal is to provide the knowledge to the Armenian importing and exporting organizations which is impossible to gain from elsewhere, familiarize with the tools of the banking sector which are meant for protecting the interests of importers and exporters\", Manager of the Trade and Supply Chain of HSBC Bank Armenia Artur Petrosyan said to the Mediamax\'s correspondent.

The seminar focused on the financial tools necessary for importing and exporting organizations, trade financing services, documentary letter of credit, foreign currency forwards, trade servicing with Chinese yuan and payment calculations, bank guarantees.

The invited speaker, Financial Director of \"Muran\" LLC Tigran Simonyan presented his company\'s practice and advantages of shifting from prepaid system to documentary letter of credit.
