Yerevan/Mediamax/. During the first 5 months of 2012, Armenia’s state budget revenues were over-executed by AMD 0.5bln.

Acting Minister of Finance of Armenia Vache Gabrielyan said this at a press conference in Yerevan today presenting the data for the first 5 months of 2012, Mediamax reports.

“As of first 4 months, the economic activity index was high enough- 7.2%,” Gabrielyan said.

Commenting on the state budget indices, he said that the tax incomes and social payments totaled AMD 322bln 758mln over the last 5 months; tax proceeds and state duties totaled - AMD 272bln.

“As of first 5 months of 2012, the State Revenue Committee collected AMD 0,5mln more that it was planned,” he noted.

The state budget deficit during that period made AMD 9.5bln. According to Vache Gabrielyan, the deficit index is below the target level, as the revenue collection exceeded by almost AMD 0,5mln.
