The index of economic activity in Armenia in November 2011 grew by 2,4% as compared to the same period of 2010.In activity index fell by 7,3% against October 2011, the press service of National Statistical Service of Armenia informed Mediamax.The volume of industrial output in November 2011 made AMD 93bln and 969,2mln, having grown by 18,8% against last November.The trade turnover grew by 3,4% (AMD 188bln 281,5mln), the volume of services grew by 4,4% (AMD 74bln 203,6mln).The sphere of agriculture registered a 6,2% growth against the same period of 2010 (AMD 294,1mln); a 13,3% decline was registered in the sphere of construction (AMD 59bln 66,5mln).The average monthly salary in Armenia in November 2011 grew by 6.3% against the same period of 2010, making AMD 114 766 ($299).Armenia’s foreign trade turnover in November 2011 made $504,5mln or AMD 192.8bln, having grown by 10,2% against the same period of 2010.The volume of export grew by 22,3%, making AMD 47,4bln or $124.1mln during the accounting period. The import in November 2011 grew by 6,7% as compared to the same period of last year, making ADM 145,4bln or $380.4mln. As compared to October 2011, in November the export fell by 9.9% and the import grew by 2.8%. The foreign trade turnover deficit in November 2011 made AMD 98bln or $256,3mln. Tweet Views 4536
