The draft budget 2012 of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) has been submitted to the parliament for consideration.Submitting the draft, NKR Minister of Finance Spartak Tevosyan said that 9% GDP growth is anticipated in the republic in 2012 and all the priority programs of the state will be implemented.The minister said that 9% economic growth is also planned for 2012.In accord with the draft budget, state budget revenues will make AMD 65bln 103mln and 572,4 thousand; state budget expenditures will make AMD 70bln 320mln; the deficit will stand at AMD 5bln 216mln and 427,6 thousand.
