As of October 2011, economic activity indices in Armenia grew by 2.4% against the same period of 2011, Mediamax was told in the Armenian National Statistical Service.The activity indices reduced by 18 % against September 2011.As of October 2011, the volume of industrial production made AMD 88bln 738.8mln having increased by 14.3% against October 2010. The trade turnover grew by 2.8% (182bln 91.8mln) and the volume of services – by 6.2% (78bln 622.8mln).7.7% growth is registered in the agriculture (117bln 112.8mln) and 25% decline in the construction sphere (46bln 230.6mln) against the same period of 2010.As of October 2011, average monthly salary in Armenia increased by 6.7% having made AMD 114 402 (USD 297) against the same period of 2010. As of October 2011, Armenia’s foreign trade turnover made USD 504.1mln or AMD 189.6bln having increased by 21.1% against the same period of 2010.In October, the export volume increased by 21.3% having made AMD 42.5 bln or USD 121.8mln in the accounting period. Import increased by 21.1% against the same period of 2010 having made AMD 147.1bln or USD391.2mln.
