Yerevan /Mediamax/. Already in September, the TNT Channel making part of “Gasprom-Media” Holding may announce buying the control stock of Comedy Club Production for  $250mln. Comedy Club Production produces such programs as “Comedy Club”, “Nasha Russia”, “Uboynaya Sila”, “Dom-2” as well as “Univer” and “Interns” TV series.

 As Kommersant newspaper reports, the deal may be completed already in September. TNT estimates the whole Comedy Club Production at approximately $450mln, but only the share worth $250mln will be acquired.

Founded in 2007, Comedy Club Production is the key partner of TNT. Last year it consolidated 74% of 7 ART Company, the producer of “Interns” and “Univer” TV series. Only 51% of the company initially belonged to Artur Janibekyan and Garik Martirosyan.
