Average weighted annual уield of «ARARATBANK» OJSC bonds (ARBKB4) in result of todays transactions made 12%. The sum of exchange transactions on ARBKB4 bonds made 30,2 mln AMD today. 

This is the first exchange transaction with these securities. Fourth issue of “ARARATBANK” OJSC coupon bonds (ARBKB4) was listed in Bbond list of “NASDAQ OMX Armenia” on July 29, 2011. A total of 25,000 coupon bonds of the company with nominal value of AMD 10,000 and coupon yield of 12% p.a. (the total sum of the issue making 250 mln AMD) were listed.
