Yerevan/Mediamax/. As of the second quarter of 2011, “Base metals” company still remains the largest taxpayer of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR).

As Mediamax was told in the press service of NKR Taxation Service, from early 2011 the company paid AMD 1bln 869mln 359 thousand in taxes to the republic’s state budget.

The second and third places are occupied by “Karabakh Telecom” and “Artsakhgaz”, which have respectively paid AMD 700mln 286 thousand and AMD 409mln and 88,1 thousand to the state budget.

“Base metals” company occupies a leading position also by the level of social payments- AMD 200mln. The second and third places are also taken by “Karabakh Telecom” and “Artsakhgaz”, which have paid AMD 113mln 481,7thousand and AMD 97mln 7,5 thousand in social payments to the state budget correspondingly.
