Yerevan/Mediamax/. Board of the Central Bank (CB) of Armenia revoked the permission on membership in “Leader” foreign payment and account system.

“CB found out that starting from 2008, “Leader” CJSC non-bank credit organization regularly stopped servicing some regional subdivisions of system member banks, functioning on the territory of Armenia”, Mediamax was informed in CB press service today.

“Participation of Armenian participants in such a system endangers the stability of the financial system and/or liquidity and/or solvency”, CB noted.
