Yerevan/Mediamax/. Deputy Head of the State Revenues Committee of Armenia Armen Alaverdyan said today that the list of companies, which over a long period of time have not been presenting tax reporting and which exist only on paper, has been approved.

Mediamax reports that Armen Alaverdyan said that around 40 thousand analogous companies are found and this list will be sent to the State Register.

“In the State Register the list will be specified, taking into account the information of interested parties, and after summing up, the process of abrogation and taking out of the register will be realized in accordance with the terms established by the law. This will allow dealing with real subjects and real debts”, Deputy Head of the Committee stated.
