The service stands out by facilitated procedures of registering the deal: in provision of the service only a few indices of the organization are taken for a basis, and this fact significantly speeds up the process of service provision.

The maximum size of financing in the frames of this service makes AMD 40mln or the equivalent sum in foreign currency.

For purchase of real estate, the service is provided for the terms of up to 10 years, and for purchase of movable property – up to 5 years.

Leasing portfolio of Ameriabank makes AMD 1.7bln as of 28.06.2011.
