By the decision of Converse Bank Board, Armen Ter-Tachatyan has been appointed Chairman of the Board.

Ex-Chairman of the Board Juan Pablo Gechidjian resigned from the position on his own initiative, remaining a member of the Board.

The changes in the leadership of “Converse Bank” CJSC are registered by the Central Bank of Armenia.
