Inflation in Armenia made 9% in May, 2011, as compared to May, 2010 (April index made 8.9%).Index of foodstuffs in May made 114.7%, and non-foods - 102.4%, service tariffs – 102.5%. Mediamax reports referring the National Statistical Service of Armenia that in January-May, 2011, inflation made 10.2%, as compared to the analogous period last year; index of foodstuffs made 115%, non-foods – 103.1%, service tariffs – 105.4%. In May, 2011, as compared to December, 2010, index of consumer prices made 105%, including the index of foodstuffs – 107.3%, non-foods – 102%, service tariffs – 102.3%.
