Yerevan/Mediamax/. Number of Universal Customer Cards (UCC), issued by international UNISTREAM money transfer system and demanded by customers in Armenia, exceeded 2000. The UCC project was launched by the system in September, 2010, when UNISTREAM launched issue of cards in Russia. The card is a universal carrier, introduction of which has minimized the process of transferring means. It is applied in bonus programs and other related projects. UCC issue was launched in Armenia in February, 2011. Today, over 83% of transfers by the system in Armenia take place with the use of UCC. “The popularity of the cards among people increases impetuously. The unified card has entered a level, when it has become a necessary attribute of transfers. It provides people with opportunities of bonus programs, instant transfers and other services, which are important for customers”, UNISTREAM President Suren Hayriyan said. At that he noted that the turnover of the system in the country in the first quarter of 2011 increased by 25%, as compared to the analogous period of 2010. Tweet Views 6145
