Yerevan/Mediamax/. “BSC (Business Support Center)” Training Company is getting ready to welcome its 10 thousandth customer.

Shareholder Director of “BSC” Samvel Gevorgyan said in an interview to Mediamax that in the course of 17 years, the company has been offering programs of various format for the private sector of Armenia, representatives of public and international organizations.

The first paid seminar on “Legal Field for Business Regulation in Armenia” was organized in 1997, 3 years after the company’s establishment. Only 5 seminars for 75 participants were organized then.

Already in 2010, the company organized over 100 educational programs for over 1200 participants. According to Samvel Gevorgyan, greatest activity over the past few years has been demonstrated by the companies of the country’s financial sector.

If a few years ago the representatives of financial establishments participated in seminars, devoted exclusively to tax and labor legislation, today almost all banks, credit organizations and insurance companies participate in trainings on organizing sales, customer service, financial management and human resource management.

This year, for the first time a course on training credit specialists for bank and credit organization employees was organized. Representatives of a number of financial-credit establishments participated in it.

This year was also marked for the company by introduction of CTP in the country, in the view of which the need of involving new employees and training the existing staff occurred among insurance companies.

The company decided to surprise the 10 thousandth jubilee customer, who will be presented an HP Mini 210-1095NR netbook from “BSC” Company and “Best Offer” Computer Store.
