Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Areximbank – Gazprombank Group” CJSC completed accepting applications from students of higher educational institutions to receive one-time scholarships within the framework of “Countrywide: To Meet the Interests of Each Student” campaign.

Applications were being accepted from March 9 to April 30. During the campaign the bank received over 500 electronic applications from graduate, post-graduate students and seekers from various state and private higher educational institutions of Armenia. Consideration of the applications will be held by a group of experts, especially set up by the bank, taking into account the following criteria: academic standing, public activity, social status, as well as on the basis of the scoring system.

In order to sum up the final results, interviews with 30 best candidates will be organized.

“The list of 25 beneficiaries, as well as the name of the winner will be published at the official website of www.areximbank.am on June 2, 2011, after which the students will be invited to the official scholarship awarding ceremony. The sum of the scholarship will make AMD 40 000-300 000”, “Areximbank – Gazprombank Group” CJSC informed.

In 2010, the bank held an analogous campaign, in which 500 students from various regions of Armenia participated. The main price – AMD 400 000 went to YSU student Anush Martirosyan.
