Yerevan/Mediamax/. Former Prime Minister of Armenia, representative of Armenian National Congress (ANC) Hrant Bagratyan stated today that the government and the Prime Minister “did not take any serious step to combat price growth”. Mediamax reports that Hrant Bagratyan stated that by its actions the government, on the contrary, encourages new growth of prices, turning “mild inflation” into a “galloping one”. According to Hrant Bagratyan’s assessments, the real inflation following the results of the first two months, 2011, made 18%. “The inflation index will be high this year. Time will show what particular figure in the range from 3% to 18% will be chosen by the government. But it will have a choice: to either fulfill the budget, or deter inflation, and will choose the second for sure”, Ex-Prime Minister said. Tweet Views 6480
