Yerevan/Mediamax/. Development Director of “Ameriabank” Tigran Jrbashyan said today that he sees no significant link between the activity of the bank and the sale of “Troika Dialogue” to “Sberbank” (“Savings Bank”).

“It was sold by the stockholders, who are our stockholders as well, however the team of managers, which manages “Troika” is not going to change in the coming three years, and this means that we will have good relations with “Sberbank”. Our stockholders will have vacant assets, additional capital”, he said. 

According to him, Corporate Management of “Ameriabank” and Ruben Vardanyan’s charitable programs in Armenia will be realized just like before.
