Yerevan/Mediamax/. Draft laws on making amendments to laws “On trade and services” and “On administrative violations” have not been included into the agenda of the Armenian National Assembly yet, Mediamax was told in the Armenian Ministry of Economy. Draft laws, which have been prepared by the Ministry of Economy, envisage setting maximal price for goods of first priority, which has grown by 30% during 30 days. Draft laws were approved at the session of the government on March 10. It was assumed that they will be discussed in the parliament as soon as possible taking into account the high inflation environment. The press service of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) of Armenia told Mediamax that it doesn’t have any information when the voting on given draft laws will be held and what concrete body will be responsible for setting maximal prices. Mediamax reports that on the Armenian parliament’s web site (www.parliament.am) the draft laws are still in the division of draft laws not included into the agenda. Tweet Views 6123
