Yerevan/Mediamax/. ACRA Credit Bureau launched a digital ACRA-Score system of creditworthiness assessment, which is the first scoring system in Armenia. Mediamax was informed in the Bureau that banks and credit organizations can from now on check the solvency of customers in online mode. The Bureau will provide 2 main assessments: describing and forecasting. The describing assessment presents the current state of the borrower’s credit history, taking into account their current debt load, the existing overdue liabilities, the length of the credit history. The forecasting assessment represents a forecast on the borrower’s creditworthiness, taking into account the module of their credit history and the description of similar borrowers. By the decision of the Credit Bureau’s Board of Directors, the service will be provide free of charge within the nearest two months. “Introduction of the scoring system will allow creditor-organizations more operatively and accurately assessing the solvency of customers, thus contributing to increase of the crediting process efficiency”, ACRA noted.
