Yerevan/Mediamax/. German TUV RHEINLAND GROUP conducted an annual follow-up audit of “Ameriabank” for the second time, reconfirming bank’s performance compliance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard.

As Mediamax was told in the bank’s press service, the TUV RHEINLAND GROUP representative highly appreciated the bank’s programs realized in 2010, aimed at improvement and development of the effective quality management system.

Particularly, during the past year improvements have been made to streamline the risk management system, the client relationship management system and the staff performance assessment system. The bank also elaborated a number of processes for the introduction of new banking services.

Nearly 80 acting processes have been improved on the whole.
