Yerevan/Mediamax/. “YSU Alumni Association” Public Organization and “VTB Bank (Armenia)” signed a cooperation agreement today.

“VTB Bank (Armenia)” won in the competition of “YSU Alumni Association”, organized with the goal to provide mortgage credits at profitable conditions to participants of “Affordable dwelling for young scientists and members of creative unions” social program.

According to the agreement, the bank will provide participants of the program with mortgage credits with a repayment term of 10-20 years, with annual interest rate of up to 10%, with minimum prepayment of 20% under the security of real estate – the dwelling in the process of construction.

Within the framework of the agreement, “VTB Bank (Armenia)” will offer the participants of the program accumulation deposit services, and this will allow also taking into account the history of payments on the deposit account, realized by the borrower, in the process of assessing their solvency.
