Yerevan/Mediamax/. Negotiations between “Troika Dialogue” and “Sberbank” [“Savings Bank”] are practically over, “Kommersant” newspaper reads today.

According to the newspaper’s information, “Sberbank” will purchase “Troika Dialogue” for USD 1.25bln.

The publication reads that the team of key managers of “Troika”, headed by its Ruben Vardanyan, will stay in the company for at least three more years. According to the agreements, the payment of the management’s share will take place in three stages: it will receive one part immediately, and only in three years it will receive the other part, depending on the indices of the company.
