Yerevan/Mediamax/. The charter capital “Prometey Bank” will be doubled, having increased from AMD 7.2bln since the beginning of the year, reaching 14.4 billion AMD at the end of February.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of the bank that at the special general meeting of “Prometey Bank” LLC participants, the updated charger of the bank was confirmed, according to which the charter capital of the Bank will be increased with AMD 3.6 billion.

Since the beginning of the year, this is already the second decision on replenishing the charter capital of the bank: In early February they made it increase from 7.2bln to 10.8bln AMD.

The structure of the bank participants will have the following form: RF citizen "Prometey-City" LLC – 49.975%, “ZNGS Prometey” OJSC- 46.125%, RF citizen Vazgen Gevorkyan- 3.9%.
