Yerevan/Mediamax/. ArmSoft Armenian producer of business automation systems announced elaboration of a new system for Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Mediamax was informed in ArmSoft that the system is meant for banks and companies of the service sector.

“The elaborated system is based on MicrosoftDynamicsCRM platform, its introduction and maintenance is realized by professionals, certified by Microsoft in Microsoft Business Solutions”, ArmSoft stated.
