Yerevan/Mediamax/. The Board of Directors of “Ardshininvestbank” satisfied the application of Nerses Karamanukian on resignation from the post of bank’s Chairman of the Board.

Nerses Karamanukian has served on this post since 2009.

As Mediamax was told in the bank’s press service, by the decision of the Board, Karapet Gevorgian who previously served as Retail Business Unit Head, will temporarily assume the duties of the Chairman of the Board.

Nerses Karamanukian thanked his colleagues for joint work, stressing that as a result of close cooperation “Ardshininvestbank” continues to be one of the leaders of Armenia’s banking system.
