Belarusian “Belarustorg” state enterprise and Yerevan “Ararat” Brandy-Wine-Vodka Factory signed a protocol on setting up a joint venture in Belarus for brandy production. “Belarustorg” Director Edvard Matulis said this to PRIME-TASS, Mediamax reports. The enterprise is currently undergoing the registration procedure. 31% of share in the authorized capital of the joint venture will belong to Belarus in the person of “Belarustorg” state enterprise, 69%- to “Ararat” YBWVF. “We want to produce good brandy here at a price available to consumer,” Edvard Matulis said. The establishment of the joint venture was first announced at the meeting of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko with the founder of “Multi Group” Holding, Gagik Tsarukian. Tweet Views 5877
