Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Prometey Bank” will increase its authorized capital stock by 50% (AMD 3.6bln), making it reach AMD 10.8bln.

As Mediamax was told in the bank’s press service, the relevant decision was made at February 3 extraordinary session of participants of “Prometey Bank” LLC, which approved the changed regulations of the bank.

The new, third participant of the bank will be Russian resident “Prometey-City”, with 33.33% share in capital.

In accord with changes, the shareholders of “Prometey Bank” LLC are: “Zakneftegazstroy-Prometey” (65%), Russian “Prometey-City” LLC (33.33%) and citizen of the Russian Federation, Vazgen S. Gevorgyan (5.17%).
