Yerevan/Mediamax/. Second issue of “Artsakh HPP” OJSC at the sum of 1.554bln AMD (1.4mln ordinary nominal shares) is fully placed.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of “ArmSwissBank” (the issue underwriter) that 122 investors participated in the free subscription for purchase of shares, which was taking place on December 2-22, purchasing shares at the volume of 1mln 439.5mln AMD at the price of 1110 AMD per share.

50 shareholders of “Artsakh HPP” used the right of primary acquisition of shares (from November 2 to December 1), who purchased second issue shares at the sum of 114.5mln AMD, which makes 51% of the volume, subject to sale within the framework of the preferential subscription. 

The first public offering of “Artsakh HPP” took place in spring, 2009. Then, 905.14mln was placed from the total volume of the issue, which make 3.45bln AMD.
