Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Areximbank – Gazprombank Group” presented scholarships to 20 students of Armenian higher educational institutions at the total sum of 2mln AMD. 

Mediamax reports that scholarships were presented to students basing on the results of “Country Scale: To the Benefit of Each Student” campaign, realized by the bank, during which the bank selected applications of over 500 students to receive scholarships (from October 19 to November 15) and then interviewed the most likely candidates. 

By the principles of selection, the most successful students, who stood out by public and scientific activity, were revealed. As a result, 10 students received scholarships each 40 thousand AMD, three received scholarships of 120 thousand each, two – 160 thousand each, two – 200 thousand each, and the first prize of 400 thousand AMD was provided to YSU student Anush Martirosyan. 

At the student awarding ceremony, which took place late on December 24, General Director of the Bank Armen Khandkaryan stated that this initiative will be continuous.
