Yerevan/Mediamax/. “INGO-Armenia” insurance company will increase its authorized capital stock by 200mln AMD.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of “INGO-Armenia” that capitalization will be held by means of direct investment by the shareholders, following the results of which the authorized capital of the company will make 950mln AMD.

According to Armenian CB decision, for insurance companies, which deal with CTP sphere, the norm on the capital should be increased from 500mln to 1.5bln AMD.

According to the data for September 30, 2010, the authorized capital stock of “INGO-Armenia” made 750.9mln AMD. The net profit of the company for the first 9 months made 65.1mln AMD.
