Mediamax was informed in Marketing Department of “Grant Thornton” that the trading name of the firm has been changed to reflect the Grant Thornton International global policy on achieving a stronger cohesion among the network firms around the globe.

The Company also noted that the transformation of the legal-organizational status of the firm was carried out to support the continuous growth of the firm in Armenia and its subsidiaries in other jurisdictions (Georgia, Tajikistan) and provide the management of the firm with more refined governance tools.

For over 15 years “Grant Thornton” CJSC has been providing audit and advisory services to top-level enterprises, state institutions, international and local financial institutions as well as national and commercial banks in Armenia, CIS and other countries.
